Search and filter properties

Run a search

   Open Browse Properties

   Open More, then Browse Properties. Choose "For sale" or "To rent" at the top.

   Search an area

   Type a town, city, postcode or outcode in the search box. Set a radius under Filters, in Search Radius.

   Narrow the list

   Open Filters to set price, bedrooms and property type. "Specialist & additional filters" holds Days on Market, EPC Rating, Auction, BMV and more.

   On a phone, Filters opens as a panel over the list.

   Filter by listing status

   Open "Listing status & strategy filters" to show available properties only, or to include those under offer.

5. 5

   Sort the results

   Use the "Sort properties" menu: Newest, price, Highest Yield, Best BMV or a strategy such as Best BTL.

6. 6

   Keep the search

   Open "More search tools" and select "Save filter preset" to reuse these filters, or "Create automatic search" to turn them into a scanner.
