Import a property from a link

Import a listing

   Copy the listing link

   Open the listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, PropertyPal or an Auction House UK lot, and copy its address from the browser.

   Open Import Property

   Open More, then Import Property.

   Paste the link

   Paste it under "Enter Property URL" and select "Import Property".

   Wait for the analysis

   A progress bar shows the import. If the property is already here, you go straight to it.

   Review the property

   The imported property includes rental yield estimates, comparable sales, area intelligence and investment figures. Select "View Imported Property" to open it.
