We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
*Brand New One Bedroom Maisonette* Welcome to Woodland Walk. A small development of just 19 homes adjacent to a secluded wooded area in the village of Polbathic on the Rame Peninsula.
The development is situated in a peaceful area and off the main road in, what is often described as the forgotten corner of Cornwall.
The village is situated on the banks of the River Lynher, which flows into the Plymouth Sound.
The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a popular destination for tourists who want to explore the natural beauty of Cornwall.
The village has a rich history and is home to several historic buildings, including the Polbathic House, which dates to the 17th century.
The development is perfectly placed for access to Torpoint, Looe and the City of Plymouth which provides travel access throughout the country.
The delivery of new homes has been limited in recent years to singular developments so a development of this will be popular.
Built with energy efficiency in mind by Modern Method of Construction each home has the benefits of Air Source heating via Therma Skirt, Electric Vehicle charging point, Solar Panels and the added peace of mind of a 12 Year New Homes Warranty.
