2 Ashleigh Court Lincombe Drive, Torquay, TQ1 2LW

Exceptional sea views toward Brixham's Berry Head are just one of the attributes of this fine marine town house forming part of a select development of similar calibre homes set on the prestigious Lincombe Drive.

The property affords bright and airy living space with the principal rooms taking full advantage of the southerly aspect and coastal vista, best enjoyed on the generous paved terrace, or first floor balcony.

The house benefits from a single garage, whilst Lincombe Drive is a peaceful road with ample unrestricted on-road parking.

Ashleigh Court is enviably tucked back from the hustle and bustle in a peaceful setting on the wooded Lincombes hillside, yet just a short saunter from the vibrant waterside bars, restaurants, Princess Theatre and array of leisure activities at the harbour.

The winding Lincombe Drive leads toward Wellswood with it’s ‘village’ ambiance, with access into the woodland above the picturesque Ilsham Valley and Meadfoot Beach.

EPC Rating: D Owners' Insight "We have been incredibly fortunate to have enjoyed the house as a holiday home for nearly fifteen years, and made so many wonderful memories.

The beautiful views and tranquility at Ashleigh Court are what attracted us as initially, and we have never lost that feeling of relaxation coming down to Torquay, although Meadfoot Beach, stunning walks, shops, and restaurants are all close by.

Our love for the house has not waned, but having recently retired we are now traveling more extensively, and we feel the time is right to let new owners enjoy life at Ashleigh Court.

We have recently refurbished the balcony which was a pretty major job requiring the replacement of the steel support structure cantilevered from within the house, so are confident new owners will only need to make any personal choice enhancements."
