Oaklands enjoys a prime position in one of New Milton’s most desirable residential roads.

The town itself offers a vibrant mix of everyday amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational facilities, while benefiting from the best of coastal and countryside living.

New Milton railway station is just a short distance away, providing direct services to London Waterloo in approximately 1 hour 42 minutes, with some faster trains available.

This makes commuting or occasional trips to the capital highly convenient.

To the north lies the New Forest National Park, with its ancient woodland, open heathland, and free-roaming ponies, perfect for walking, cycling, and family days out.

To the south, the coastline at Barton-on-Sea is easily reachable for cliff-top walks and beach visits.

For families, the property is also within close proximity to the highly regarded Ballard School, an award-winning co-educational independent day school for children.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a characterful period home offering both immediate family comfort and excellent potential to create your dream residence.
