We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Jacdor is a detached 2 double bedroom property set in grounds extending to just over 1/3 acre, and offers tremendous scope to extend and reconfigure according to a purchaser's requirements (Planning Permission was previously granted, now expired, subject to the necessary permissions being re-obtained).
The well presented accommodation comprises a 19ft double aspect living room with cast iron log burner, refitted kitchen/breakfast room, refitted bathroom, two double bedrooms and a cloakroom.
The property benefits from oil fired central heating and replacement double glazing throughout.
The grounds are a particular feature of the property with a large paddock extending to the rear with a purpose built stables and store, ideal for keeping a pony.
Together with additional outbuildings, there is a garage attached to the property, being approached by a gated driveway.
The property is brought to the market with the further advantage of no onward chain. Pleasantly located in this idyllic, semi-rural country lane surrounded by countryside.
The main towns of Haywards Heath and East Grinstead are about 9 miles distant and provide a variety of shopping facilities and railway stations with good access to London.
Ashdown Forest with 6,400 acres of heathland is a short drive away and has many fine walks and a chance to explore the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty.
The local area is well served by a number of excellent state and private schools including Cumnor House, Great Walstead and Ardingly
