Believed to be approximately 150 years old, the cottage retains plenty of character.

The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units, with a cooker set into an alcove. There is also an under-stairs storage cupboard and a rear door opening into the courtyard.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, with the main bedroom enjoying dual windows and stunning lake views. The second bedroom overlooks the rear.

Outside, steps lead to an elevated front garden with wildflowers and seating areas to enjoy the view. Further steps lead to tiered patio areas offering additional outdoor space and planting potential.

The garage, accessed via a privately owned lane off Captain James Hill, is included with the sale. Cottages in such a sought-after location with views, outdoor space and a garage are extremely rare.
