Owner's Insight “My journey with Avenue Park began in 2007, when my husband and I made the decision to embrace a new lifestyle and move to Devon.

The property wasn’t as you see it today, but over nearly twenty years, with a great deal of care, time, and investment, we transformed it into a beautiful home that provided an income.

What first drew us here was the wonderful position, overlooking the recreation field, Chelston area with mature trees offering a very green and attractive view, just a gentle stroll from Torre Abbey, Torre Abbey Sands, and the meadow.

It’s a location that is extremely convenient.

Having the English Riviera Centre and tlh Resort close by, offering access to swimming pools, gyms, and a wide range of leisure activities, while Torquay railway station is just a 10 minute walk away.

I will miss Avenue Park immensely and have truly cherished my time here.

However, the moment feels right for a new chapter, one that allows me to downsize, retire, and enjoy the freedom to travel more."
