We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
An exciting opportunity to create a unique countryside home in Lower Cheriton, East Devon.
Full planning permission (ref: 24/0433/FUL) has been granted for the conversion of a redundant farm building into a distinctive residence of approximately 2,433 sq ft (226 sqm).
The approved design allows for a highly flexible family home. Plans include three ensuite bedrooms, a ground-floor bedroom with its own ensuite, and a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space.
A garden room with far-reaching rural views and a practical utility room complete the layout, combining comfort and functionality with architectural character.
The permission also allows for the demolition of adjacent modern structures and the formation of a new private access road, enhancing both the setting and approach.
In addition, all conditions from a previous planning approval (20/0199/FUL) have been discharged, ensuring the site is ready for development.
For buyers seeking something larger, Lot 2 may be combined with Lot 1 to create a single, grand design-style home of exceptional scale and presence (subject to the necessary approvals).
Location This tranquil hamlet setting offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
The East Devon coastline, part of the Jurassic Coast, lies within easy reach, while the A30, M5, and Exeter Airport provide strong regional and national transport links.
Tiverton Parkway Station offers fast rail services to London Paddington in under 2 hours 30 minutes, making commuting to the capital entirely feasible.
