Main Street, Corbridge, Northumberland, NE45 5LE

This is a rare gem of a property, located in the heart of this historic village and within its conservation area, literally a stone’s throw away from the busy heart of the village with all its array of facilities and amenities.

Despite its most convenient position, it is quietly tucked away down a private lane ensuring a much higher degree of privacy than its neighbours.

The house is a most attractive stone and slate-built four bedroom home with generous sized rooms, ideal for family living, as well as active retirement.

All rooms have a particular feature about them and there are numerous noteworthy features through the house, which continues outside with delightful and extensive gardens.

The property stands on an elevated site with commanding views across the river, the valley and the hills beyond. The accommodation is being offered with full vacant possession and no ongoing chain.

The accommodation enjoys part-double glazing and full central heating.

This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a freehold property of generous proportions with large grounds with all the convenience of being adjacent to the shops, public houses and additional facilities that the village offers.

We would strongly recommended an early inspection in order to fully appreciate what is on offer and to avoid any disappointment.
