Six Bedroom Detached Country Home | Approx.

3.5 Acres | Outbuildings & Garage | Rural Setting Set in a peaceful rural setting, this substantial six bedroom detached home offers generous and versatile accommodation, extensive grounds and a useful range of outbuildings.

With approximately 3.5 acres in total, including gardens, paddock, woodland, a stream and established pond, there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

The property has been sympathetically restored and extended over the years, creating a flexible layout that could suit a range of needs-from multi-generational living to dual occupancy.

Currently half of the house is run as a highly successful 5-star rated holiday lodge, which is currently generating a gross annual income of circa £20,000–£25,000.

Inside, the main living accommodation includes a spacious 20ft sitting room with a feature fireplace, alongside a separate 18ft kitchen and a 23ft hobbies room.

A sun room adds another useful space with views towards the gardens.

The extended part of the property provides an impressive 26ft kitchen/family room, offering plenty of space for everyday living, dining and entertaining.

A further 18ft sitting room-including a feature log burner-provides additional flexibility and could work as a quieter lounge or second reception space.

There are six bedrooms in total, providing plenty of options for bedrooms, guests, hobbies or home working.

Enhancing the upper floor living space are two large private terraces overlooking the gardens, offering wonderful spots for outdoor relaxation.

The accommodation is served by three bathrooms, while the layout across the different areas of the home offers scope to adapt the space around your needs.

The property benefits from oil-fired central heating, including underfloor heating, together with double glazing. Outside, the setting really comes into its own.

The property is approached via its own entrance driveway, providing parking and turning space.

A sweeping driveway leads to a gravelled parking area and timber garage, while a further concrete driveway provides additional parking.

The gardens extend around the property and are mainly laid to lawn, with well-stocked borders, established shrubs and mature trees.

The grounds continue down towards a small stream, with a delightful pond and mature woodland beyond. In total, the grounds extend to approximately 3.5 acres, including a paddock of around 1.6 acres.

There is also a useful collection of outbuildings, including a garage, polytunnel, a substantial workshop, stores and a detached studio.

These provide excellent flexibility for hobbies, storage, workspace or other uses, subject to any necessary permissions.
