Why You'll Like It - This five bedroom detached dormer style bungalow started out as a considerably smaller property and was greatly extended by the current owners, Including conversion of the attic and construction of a stand alone double garage.

The property is set back from Old Carnon Hill in a substantial garden plot with excellent tarmac driveway parking to the front and landscaping to the rear including an outdoor kitchen.

The property is configured for multi-generational living and has effectively been set up as two homes within the one property with two separate kitchen / dining rooms and two separate living rooms.

If however one larger family house was required, the property could reconfigured relatively easily to work as one family home.

On the ground floor the original front door opens to a wide hallway and essentially a 2 double bedroom bungalow with lounge to the front and kitchen dining room to the rear with by folding doors opening to the garden.

A utility and ground floor WC separates this part of the property with the neighbouring part which has its own front door and a UPVC double glazed porch.

There is also a kitchen / dining room with French doors to the rear garden and the kitchen is beautifully appointed with high gloss units, built-in appliances and gorgeous polished granite work surfaces.

There are stairs to the first floor where there is an additional living room with doors opening to a sunny balcony with far reaching views and also upstairs there are three bedrooms.

Bedroom one is a large en-suite, and bedroom two has a Jack & Jill style door to the family bathroom, and there is also a third bedroom with plenty of built-in storage.

Outside to the front, the garden is bordered by hedges and has an area of lawn along with driveway parking.

To the rear there is a large lawn and areas of landscaped patio including a lovely outdoor kitchen.

There is a stunning detached garden room for those G&T times and separate storage shed and additional area of garden (which used to form part of the neighbours garden and was purchased in addition to the original property now housing a bank of solar panels with battery storage which has greatly reduced the properties energy bills!!!
