Lexham Mews, London

Description Lexham Mews is a three-bedroom house arranged across four floors, extending to 1,670 sq ft, and has recently been renovated to a high standard.

The house pairs contemporary architecture with natural materials throughout.

The lower ground floor houses the kitchen and dining room, with walnut cabinetry, quartz worktops, Carrara Royale marble flooring and integrated Miele appliances.

A separate utility area is set apart from the main space, and a skylight brings natural light into the room.

A floating walnut staircase leads to the ground floor, where the reception room extends to more than 23 feet in length.

The room has wide-board natural oak flooring, bespoke joinery and restored 200-year-old English brickwork, with large windows overlooking the mews.

The first floor is given over to the principal suite, which includes extensive built-in storage and an ensuite bathroom clad in Selena Beige marble.

Two further double bedrooms occupy the second floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

The house is fitted with whole-house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air conditioning and Cat6 cabling throughout.

Reclaimed English brickwork and natural timber finishes have been used where possible, and the property has an EPC B rating.

Lexham Mews is close to Kensington High Street, with its boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and within walking distance of Holland Park.

High Street Kensington and Gloucester Road stations are both nearby.
