Woodlands is approached via a secure gated entrance, and Number 7 benefits from two allocated parking spaces.

The wider communal grounds are beautifully maintained and form an important part of the lifestyle offering, with landscaped areas, access down onto The Gannel.

This gives the development a highly desirable relationship with the water, offering opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming or, at low tide, walking across towards Crantock Beach and beyond.

There is also a terrace of private good-sized storage units within the communal grounds, one allocated to each property.

These provide useful space for paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, golf clubs and beach equipment, allowing the property to be enjoyed without compromising the living accommodation.

The combination of private terraces, secure parking, dedicated storage, landscaped communal grounds and access towards the estuary gives Number 7 a lifestyle quality that is extremely difficult to replicate.

Location Woodlands occupies a superb position on Pentire Crescent, one of Newquay’s most desirable coastal addresses, overlooking The Gannel Estuary and within easy reach of Crantock Beach, Fistral Beach and Pentire Headland.

The Gannel is one of the area’s most picturesque and distinctive coastal settings, with its tidal waters, sand banks and surrounding countryside creating an outlook that changes beautifully throughout the day.

At high water, the estuary is popular for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming, while at low tide it opens up into a remarkable stretch of sand, providing wonderful walks across towards Crantock and the surrounding coastline.

Pentire itself is a highly regarded part of Newquay, prized for its balance of coastal scenery, relative tranquillity and convenience.

The South West Coast Path is close by, offering superb walks around Pentire Headland, towards Fistral Beach and along this dramatic stretch of north Cornwall coastline.

Lewinnick Lodge is also nearby and is a popular destination for food and drinks while enjoying the sea views, while Newquay Golf Club is also within easy reach.

Fistral Beach, one of the UK’s best-known surfing beaches, is within just a few minutes walk, while Crantock Beach lies across the estuary and offers a beautiful expanse of sand backed by dunes and National Trust-owned headland.

Newquay town centre provides a wide range of day-to-day amenities, independent cafés, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, together with further beaches including Towan, Great Western, Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze.
