We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
A three-bedroom Victorian mid-terrace in a well-connected Walthamstow pocket, close to St James Street and within easy reach of Walthamstow Wetlands.
With three reception spaces, a separate kitchen/diner, rear garden and potential to extend subject to planning permission, there’s plenty of space here to settle into and make your own.
Offered chain free. If you lived here... The ground floor begins with a bright front reception, where the bay window and stripped wooden floor bring in Victorian character.
A second reception sits behind, while the kitchen/diner continues towards the rear, finished with white cabinetry, dark worktops and tiled flooring.
Beyond here, a third reception opens directly onto the garden through double doors, creating a useful additional living space with a natural connection to the outdoors.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms.
The principal bedroom sits at the front, with another bay window giving it a light, open feel, while the second bedroom is positioned to the rear and the third sits between the two.
The bathroom is also on this floor, with a bath and shower above. Interiors are largely neutral throughout, leaving plenty of scope to add your own style over time.
Outside, the rear garden is paved and enclosed, with space for seating and planting.
The house offers around 1,148 square feet internally, with further potential to extend, subject to the usual planning permissions. What else?
- St James Street is close by, putting its Weaver line station and crate St James Street within easy reach, alongside plenty of everyday amenities.
- Walthamstow Wetlands is within walking distance, offering a wonderful stretch of open space, reservoirs and walking routes.
- You’re well placed for wider Walthamstow too, with Walthamstow Central, the High Street and plenty of independent food, drink and cultural spots nearby.
