About
A charming character cottage situated in a great location in the heart of 'Old' St Ives.
It is just a short walk from Porthmeor Beach, the Tate Gallery, and the harbour front and within easy access of all the local shops, amenities, restaurants and bars.
The famous Norway Stores, the oldest shop in St. Ives, is opposite.
The property has been lovingly looked after by the current owners and is presented well throughout with accommodation that will surprise with its quality and size.
Upon entering you are greeted by a good size sitting room with window seat and beamed ceiling, from here a doorway leads you to a kitchen/dining room, a lovely bright space.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bunked bedroom and a tiny room under the eaves as well as a bathroom and storage cupboard.
Being sold with no onward chain, this fabulous cottage has a lot to offer as a home in historic 'Downalong' as a holiday let business, an investment or a home to live in.
