Town & Country Property Auctions are delighted to offer For Sale by Public Auction this exceptional Commercial and Redevelopment Opportunity: The Old Brewery, Bay Tree Hill, Liskeard.

Occupying a prime position in the very heart of Liskeard Town Centre, this substantial historic landmark extends to approximately 13,351 SQft across four levels and comprises two original townhouses together with a former brewery building.

Currently home to a range of established businesses including retail units, a caf, offices and storage facilities, the property generates immediate commercial use while offering enormous future development potential.

This rare town-centre site presents a compelling opportunity for developers and investors to create a high-density mixed-use scheme.

Subject to the necessary consents, the upper floors and brewery sections offer scope for conversion into 1015 apartments, while the original townhouses could be restored as premium character residences.

The extensive lower ground floor and storage areas also provide potential for valuable off-street parking or additional commercial accommodation.

Situated on the prominent Bay Tree Hill, the property benefits from excellent visibility, strong local footfall and convenient access to shops, amenities and the mainline railway station.

Opportunities of this scale are seldom available.

This historic but tired landmark is a true sleeping giant, offering significant asset enhancement and redevelopment uplift in one of Cornwall's most established market towns.
