Landport Road, Lewes, BN7 2SX

Charles Wycherley Independent Estate Agents are delighted to offer this extended terraced house in a most attractive location to the open market.

The property, which has excellent scope for a roof conversion (subject to planning permission), has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 doubles and a single), along with a separate wc.

The ground floor has an entrance hall with a downstairs bathroom.

The modern fitted kitchen is to the front of the property and opens out to a hugely extended 22` x 18` south facing sitting room with underfloor heating and full width doors to the large 60` south facing garden.

There is a 2-door storage outbuilding and a superb 13` x 10` home office to the rear of the large garden, with excellent seating areas and raised beds.

Landport Road is a most attractive location to the north of the popular Landport area, overlooking a wide tree-lined green on Landport Road.

This quiet lane has a footpath onto the fields looking to the River Ouse bank, with walks to Lewes town centre with Tesco and Aldi superstores, and also to Hamsey and onto the South Downs.

The area has a local shop and community centre, and is a 15 minute walk to the historic town centre with independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as the popular Depot Cinema and Lewes Railway Station to the south of the town with connections to London Victoria/London Bridge (70 mins).
