Caroline House, Hampton Wick, KT1 4EU

Gregory House & Caroline House The Apartments (Phase Two) Caroline House and Gregory House are two early Victorian buildings of Townscape Merit, originally built in 1866 and now carefully refurbished into six luxury retirement apartments as part of Phase Two at Mulberry Court.

Each building comprises three spacious apartments, one per floor, including a duplex penthouse spanning the first and second floors.

The buildings are linked by a glass and steel bridge, providing lift access, while the penthouses benefit from private cabin lifts.

The apartments have been designed with generous proportions and an emphasis on light and outlook, with large windows, terraces and views over the landscaped gardens.

Open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces offer flexibility for everyday living and entertaining.

Kitchens feature shaker-style cabinetry, fully integrated Bosch appliances, composite stone worktops and full-height splashbacks.

Bathrooms are finished to a high standard, with slip-resistant porcelain tiling, night lighting and vanity units with integrated illumination.

Throughout, the design balances retained period character with the comfort and practicality of modern living.

Mulberry Court The Development & Facilities Mulberry Court offers a thoughtfully designed retirement lifestyle centred around comfort, security and community.

Residents enjoy access to a range of stylish shared facilities, including a deli café, library area, club room, flexible event space and beauty salon.

The award-winning communal gardens, created by a Chelsea Gold Medal-winning design team, provide tranquil spaces for relaxation alongside areas for socialising and outdoor dining.

An on-site concierge service offers both security and convenience, with optional services available such as housekeeping, cleaning and tailored support as needs change.

All apartments are equipped with video entry systems and a Tunstall emergency call system linked to the concierge and a 24-hour call centre.

The development also benefits from secure underground parking, lift access to all levels and electric vehicle charging points.

Ideally positioned close to the River Thames and the amenities of Hampton Wick, Mulberry Court combines a peaceful setting with excellent transport links, local shops, green spaces and cultural attractions, offering a refined yet practical lifestyle for independent retirement living.
