Inside, this semi-detached house with 1930’s roots bathes in sunlight and all of the rooms are stylish.

The spacious living dining room is ideal for family time or entertaining with a sleek fireplace for a warm welcome.

A streamlined kitchen flows into the cheerful breakfast room/lounge which opens to a garden ideal for all year enjoyment, and a garden room offers versatile options.

Upstairs, two peaceful double bedrooms are beautifully decorated with fitted wardrobes to fill, the third, single room is ideal as a nursery or dressing room, and the family bathroom has a shower above the bath.

Private at the top, the fourth bedroom is a quiet refuge looking across to the local nature reserve at the front and rolling countryside at the back, and the shower room in classic Deco black and white is good to go.

Patcham appeals to all age groups and has local facilities including a small parade of shops and cafes by the schools – a magnet for local families.
