9 The Yonne, Chester

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman Chester is a City to which I have fairly extensive connections throughout my life.

Accordingly, it is always a delight to offer houses for sale in this remarkable and iconic City, which combines incredible history and architectural significance with a vibrant community and extensive amenities.

This particular town house has no ongoing chain, a competitive price, allocated off road parking space, private garden and a prime head of cul de sac location with no passing traffic.

There are also superb communal grounds. When it comes to presentation this house is hard to better.

It has recently been decorated throughout and offers crisp, light and elegant accommodation that can be moved into and enjoyed on day one.

When you walk in you will quickly sense this is a house with a great atmosphere and definite charisma. The layout is what I would call less is more.

Rather than cramming in a series of smaller rooms, there is instead an emphasis on less rooms which have fantastic dimensions, high ceilings and an open plan flow.

Examples of this include the living room and kitchen diner, both of which extend to over 21 feet in length.

At first floor level the principal bedroom is in itself large plus has a dressing room and en suite. The floorplan perfectly shows the amount, size and layout of the hugely impressive accommodation.

Externally, the property enjoys a private rear garden featuring a paved patio area, which is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxation.

It has purposefully designed with with low maintenance in mind and in addition, the communal grounds lie just beyond. Significantly there is an allocated parking space to the front of the property.

Fibre broadband is available. A gem of a house with some of Chester’s best buildings, public grounds and amenities quite literally on the doorstep, I strongly recommend a viewing.
