Joyce Grove, Nettlebed, RG95DF, RG9 5DF

Sales Office and Show Home open Tuesday to Saturday 10am-5pm It isn't surprising that this two-bedroom cottage with terrace and private garden has been selected as the new show home.

Set within the former stable yard of this impressive estate, it combines period charm with the best of contemporary style and comfort.

Beechcroft's careful conversion has resulted in a well-designed interior featuring fixtures and fittings of the highest quality.

Its unique layout includes dual aspect living space with an elegant kitchen.

On the ground floor, the principal bedroom comes complete with fitted wardrobes and a large en-suite with both bath and shower.

The charming guest room on the upper floor with its fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower is equally impressive.

Storage space has been carefully considered - with a large cupboard on the ground floor and eaves storage on the upper floor.

A utility cupboard in the hallway houses the washing machine/tumble dryer ensuring that laundry can be tucked away out of sight.

As well as a private terrace, this two-bedroom home has a private garden to the front of the house. Show home to include curtains, blinds and light fittings.

Each property has been designed to provide light filled living space, high quality fixtures and fittings and a terrace or private garden. The landscaped setting is stunning.

A network of footpaths provide access to the private parkland which includes mature woodland, a walled garden, a formal 'secret' garden, croquet lawn and wildlife pond.

Both the landscaped setting and private gardens are maintained by an Estate Manager. N.B: The images shown are of a show home and are for indicative purposes only.
