Modern Method of Auction
Auction date not yet published
We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Offered for sale via auction with completion available within 56 days, this property presents an excellent opportunity for investors, builders and developers looking for their next project.
Requiring full renovation throughout, the property offers huge potential to add value and create a bespoke home tailored to individual requirements.
Once cleared and refurbished, it will provide a blank canvas for a purchaser to transform and make their own.
The accommodation comprises an entrance hallway leading through to a lounge/diner, a galley-style kitchen and a ground floor bathroom. To the first floor are two generously sized double bedrooms.
Situated on a quiet residential street, the property benefits from a convenient location close to a range of local amenities, shops and transport links.
Properties with this level of potential rarely remain available for long, making this an exciting opportunity for those seeking a renovation project with significant scope for improvement.
This property is for sale by the Modern Method of Auction, meaning the buyer and seller are to Complete within 56 days (the "Reservation Period").
Interested parties personal data will be shared with the Auctioneer (iamsold). If considering buying with a mortgage, inspect and consider the property carefully with your lender before bidding.
A Buyer Information Pack is provided. The winning bidder will pay £349.00 including VAT for this pack which you must view before bidding.
The buyer signs a Reservation Agreement and makes payment of a non-refundable Reservation Fee of 4.5% of the purchase price including VAT, subject to a minimum of £6,600.00 including VAT.
This is paid to reserve the property to the buyer during the Reservation Period and is paid in addition to the purchase price. This is considered within calculations for Stamp Duty Land Tax.
Services may be recommended by the Agent or Auctioneer in which they will receive payment from the service provider if the service is taken.
Any payment that will be received by the Agent or Auctioneer will be confirmed to you in writing before services are taken. Services are optional.
