3 bedroom House, Portobello Road, W11 3DL

Set on the iconic Portobello Road in the heart of Notting Hill, this beautifully presented three-bedroom home spans approximately 1,356 sq ft across four floors, combining period charm with wonderful proportions throughout.

The ground floor opens into a bright double-height reception room, with exposed original floorboards and a classic fireplace surround.

At the rear, an octagonal skylight floods the open-plan dining room and kitchen with natural light — a striking architectural feature that draws the eye upward.

The well-equipped kitchen, finished with a marble-topped island and terracotta floor tiles, flows out to a private garden, perfect for al fresco dining. A guest WC completes the ground floor.

The first floor offers two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the second floor is home to a generous principal bedroom complete with its own fireplace, built-in wardrobes and access to a private terrace — a rare and valuable outdoor space on this level.

Throughout the property, original sash windows, ornate cornicing and period fireplaces provide genuine character, creating a home with real warmth and individuality.

Portobello Road needs little introduction: world-famous for its market, antique shops, cafés and boutiques, with Notting Hill Gate and Ladbroke Grove underground stations both within easy reach, and the green expanse of Kensington Gardens a short stroll away.
