The principal reception space is particularly impressive, offering beautifully proportioned living and entertaining areas with two sets of doors opening to the outside.

The seamless relationship between inside and outside living is one of the home's defining characteristics.

Beautifully appointed with an extensive range of bespoke cabinetry, premium appliances and a substantial central island, it provides both functionality and visual impact.

Further doors open directly onto the rear gardens, allowing effortless access to the formal landscaped grounds beyond.

One of the property's most compelling features is the versatility of its bedroom accommodation.

The principal living level includes a superb bedroom suite complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and an adjoining self-contained kitchen area, which could alternatively serve as an exceptional walk-in dressing room.

With its own independent external access, this arrangement is ideally suited to visiting guests, multi-generational living, extended family occupation or buyers seeking future-proof accommodation for later years.

Professionally designed and meticulously maintained, they wrap around the property to create a succession of breathtaking outdoor spaces.

Formal Italian Renaissance-inspired gardens feature elegant terraces, architectural planting and water features, whilst beautifully crafted entertaining areas incorporate integrated cooking and serving facilities.

Beyond these spaces, more traditional English coastal gardens provide expansive lawns and mature planting, creating a series of distinct yet harmonious environments.

With the gentle sound of the nearby sea often heard in the background, the setting perfectly captures the very essence of refined coastal living.

Whilst the visual appeal of the property is undeniable, there is an equally impressive balance of practicality and functionality.

Every element of the design has been carefully considered to support effortless day-to-day living whilst simultaneously creating a home capable of hosting and entertaining on an exceptional scale.
