Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman This property forms part of the popular Haddington Park development constructed by David Wilson Homes and is just ten minutes' walk from Tarporley village centre.

The home was newly built in 2017 and as such still benefits from the remaining structural warranty.

The ground floor offers a large entrance hall with cloakroom toilet, the first floor consists of a large living and dining room with fitted storage to one side and a breakfast kitchen.

The top floor houses the three bedrooms and the main family bathroom.

Externally the property has two off road parking spaces and a front courtyard garden, there is also a small storage area to the rear for the bins.
