Over time, it has been thoughtfully extended and enhanced, with the current owners undertaking extensive improvements since purchasing in 2002, including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

The front door opens into a generous and welcoming entrance hall, where the original external wall remains exposed, adding wonderful character.

Tiled flooring flows seamlessly from the hallway into the kitchen and dining room, creating a cohesive and practical layout.

The kitchen is well appointed with a range of fitted oak units, granite worktops, built in shelving, and a central island offering additional storage.

An Alpha oilfired range provides both cooking and heating, complemented by integrated appliances including a fridge and dishwasher.
