11, Chestnut Road, Somerset, TA12 6DP

Renovation required. This is a well positioned 2 bedroom home which requires updating. Perfectly livable, but would need a complete overhaul.

Comes with a private rear garden which provides personal door access to the rear of the garage which then also has parking in front.

Set in a quiet position off a small pedestrian walk through, close to the centre of Martock, the property is priced to gain immediate attention and as such we recommend making an enquiry early to avoid disappointment.

It even looks like the neighbour has done a 2 storey extension so there should be a basis to consider extension subject to obtaining any relevant planning permissions By all means, bring mum and dad, friends, your builder!

And take it all in. Having been under the same ownership since 1993, the house has been rented privately for many years and comes with gas central heating and double glazing.

The electrics require updating and the radiators although fine, would benefit from modernising in the future. Everything works as it should its just out of time.
