Featuring wall-mounted and raised TV points ensure a contemporary, wire-free finish, allowing you to move straight in with no diy required.

Pick the colour and design of your cabinets to suit your personal taste.

# The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner induction hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with additional built-in units and a thoughtfully designed large cutlery drawer with insert – combining both style and practicality.

French doors flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the sandstone patio and landscaped rear garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection ideal for entertaining or relaxing.

The garden has been carefully designed for ease and enjoyment, featuring a sandstone patio, a raised lawn accessed via a timber staircase, and attractive open views with a leafy backdrop that provide a rare sense of privacy.

The downstairs WC is conveniently located just off the kitchen diner, perfectly positioned for both everyday living and guests. Upstairs, the property offers two generous double bedrooms.

One benefiting from fitted double wardrobes, the other enjoying the view of the leafy backdrop of the garden.

The family bathroom is finished to a high standard, with extensive tiling, spotlights, a chrome towel rail, and a contemporary, high-end feel.

This particular plot shows a walk in shower cubical, but as the plots are still at the build stage where they can be customised, a bath with shower above can be chosen.

Let the builder do the hard work, while you choose the design and the colour of the tiling. Brushed chrome sockets and wall-mounted TV points continue the premium specification across the first floor.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a new build home that truly delivers on quality without compromise.

The property includes a snagging period honoured by the developer and comes with a 10-year build warranty for complete peace of mind.

Running costs are kept low thanks to excellent energy efficiency and a strong EPC rating (based on the neighbouring plot). EPC has been ordered. *The plot images are of a finished plot.
