Value a property

   Start a valuation

   Open More, then Comparables, and choose "Value a specific property". Enter the postcode and pick the address.

   Read the value band

   The valuation shows a range and a mid value.

   Read Archie's brief

   Archie adds a short brief on the result.

   Test an offer

   In the offer builder, enter an "Offer price". It shows the offer against the asking price, against the mid value and in pounds per square foot.

5. 5

   Save it

   Select "Save as pipeline offer" to attach the offer to the deal in My Deals.
