   Open the community

   Open More, then Community Feed. The feed is The Operators Room: deals, questions and wins from other members.

   Choose a space

   Select Spaces in the community menu to browse topic groups and join the ones that suit your strategy.

   Write a post

   Select "New Post", choose a space, add a title and your text, then publish. You can add images and video links.

   Include the numbers. A 3-bed terrace at 55k with a 9.8% gross yield gets better answers than "found a deal".

   Message a member

   Find a member in Members and connect. Once connected, select Message. Your conversations are under Messages.

5. 5

   Take part in events

   Events lists upcoming member events. The Leaderboard shows the top contributors.
