Create your account, answer three questions and save your first property.

Get set up

    Create your account

    Sign up with your email address or a social sign-in, then verify your email if asked.

    Answer three questions

    The "Make it yours" screen asks what interests you, where you are looking and how you buy. Choose "Show my matches" to finish.

    Every answer can be changed later.

    Open Opportunities

    Opportunities in the menu is your For You list: properties that fit your answers, each with a verdict and its main reason.

    Save what looks right

    Select the heart to save a property, "Not now" to set it aside, or "View deal" to open it.

  5. 5

    Ask Archie

    Select "Ask Archie" in the menu to ask about a property, an area or a figure.

  6. 6

    Set up a scanner

    Open More, then Scanners, to be told when new properties match your criteria.

Find your way around

The menu has four places: Opportunities, Saved, My Deals and More. Everything else, including Browse Properties, Weekly AI Deals, Comparables and Market Intelligence, is under More.
