Ask a question

  1. 1

    Open Archie

Select "Ask Archie" in the menu. Archie opens beside the page you are on, so it can answer about what you are looking at.

  2. 2

    Ask in plain English

Type a question such as "Find 3-bed houses in Sheffield under 150k with a gross yield above 7%" or "What are the comparables for this street?"

Name the area, budget and type of property. Specific questions get specific answers.
  3. 3

    Follow up

Archie remembers the conversation. Refine the answer ("only flats") or move on to another question.

  4. 4

Pick up where you left off

Use History to reopen an earlier conversation, or New conversation to start fresh.

On a page with a "Try asking" list, select a suggestion to start. Archie can also be opened from a property or a deal.
