Read your For You list and Archie's verdicts

See why each property is on your list and what Pursue, Watch and Pass mean.

What the verdicts mean

Archie gives every property one verdict: Pursue, Watch or Pass. The main reason sits beside it. Your list shows Pursue and Watch properties first. Open a property to see the evidence behind its verdict.

Use your list

    Check the criteria

    The line above the list shows the areas, budget and targets behind it. Select Edit to change them.

    Sort the list

    Use the sort menu to move between Best match, Newest, Lowest price and other measures.

    Best match lists the strongest verdicts first, then ranks by deal score and fit with your preferences.

    Switch to the map

    Choose List or Map to see the same matches either way.

  4. 4

    Triage each card

    Save a property, set it aside with "Not now" or open it with "View deal". J and K move between cards, S saves, X sets one aside and Enter opens it.

  5. 5

    Widen or refresh

    Select "Include lower-ranked properties" to see more, or "Refresh now" to check for new listings.
