For cooler coastal nights, a handsome, deep-set black traditional fireplace sits complete with a functional wood-burning stove and a slate hearth. There is a small cloak room off the kitchen.

Downstairs is a basement sitting room with an exposed beam and concrete floor. This is an ideal cinema room or an artist’s space.

Upstairs the main bedroom is a spacious, light-filled sanctuary defined by clean lines, warm timber flooring, and exceptional views.

A large multi-paned sash window, complete with its original folding timber shutters, serves as a picture frame for the breathtaking panoramic vistas of the harbour and the rolling green fields beyond.

The main bedroom boasts high ceilings with a classic picture rail and features a beautiful focal point: A minimalist, vertically tiled fireplace recess houses a modern wood-burning stove, ensuring cosy winter nights.

The second double bedroom to the rear of the house offers similar high ceilings and character features.

Between the two rooms and designed to replicate a high-end luxury spa, the bathroom features texture, colour, and drama.

The vibrant tiling is mirrored in a splash-back behind the stone washbasin. Outside, to the front of the property there is an expertly landscaped tiered garden offering super water views.
