A Distinguished Coastal Residence in One of Anglesey’s Most Prestigious Locations Commanding an exceptional and highly coveted position on the dramatic west coast of Anglesey, "Moryn" is an outstanding coastal residence set within an elevated headland location just beyond the prestigious seaside village of Trearddur Bay.

Enjoying uninterrupted panoramic views along the rugged coastline and across the open Irish Sea, the property occupies a truly privileged setting and benefits from the rare luxury of direct private access to its own sandy beach below, an increasingly scarce attribute that places this home among the very finest coastal offerings on the island and offers exceptional opportunities for fishing and coastal pursuits directly from the shoreline.

Believed to date from the 1930s, the property has been the subject of a comprehensive and meticulously considered programme of restoration and enhancement in recent years.

The result is a refined and beautifully balanced home that successfully combines the character and presence of a traditional seaside residence with the comfort, specification and finish expected of a modern premium property.

The accommodation is generous, elegant and thoughtfully arranged over two floors, making it equally suited to permanent occupation or use as an exceptional coastal retreat.

The quality of presentation is immediately apparent throughout the interior, where carefully chosen finishes and a restrained contemporary palette create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.

A welcoming reception hall with feature staircase sets the tone and leads through to the kitchen and breakfast room, an impressive and highly sociable space fitted with a comprehensive range of contemporary cabinetry, integrated appliances and generous work surfaces.

A substantial central island provides additional storage and informal seating, making this an ideal environment for both entertaining and everyday living, while windows invite natural light and views across the surrounding landscape.

The principal reception room spans the full width of the seaward elevation and forms the heart of the home.

Carefully configured to maximise the breathtaking coastal outlook, this elegant space incorporates both sitting and dining areas and features wide glazed sliding doors opening directly onto the surrounding terraces.

The seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living allows the everchanging seascape to be enjoyed throughout the seasons, while a contemporary electric fireplace adds warmth and understated visual appeal.

Further ground floor accommodation includes a versatile study or occasional bedroom, a cloakroom, and a beautifully appointed guest bedroom suite complete with fitted wardrobes and a private ensuite shower room, ideal for visiting family and guests.

To the first floor are two further bedroom suites, including a particularly impressive principal bedroom enjoying elevated sea views through glazed doors opening onto Juliette balconies.

This sophisticated space benefits from extensive fitted wardrobes and a luxuriously appointed ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a bath positioned beneath a rooflight, and high quality contemporary fittings, creating a light filled and indulgent retreat.

Externally, Moryn is equally compelling.

Set within approximately 2.2 acres of private gardens and grounds, the property is approached via electrically operated gates opening onto a sweeping driveway that provides ample parking and access to a double garage with an attached boathouse, a notably rare and valuable feature in this coastal setting.

The boathouse is a substantial and highly practical building, uniquely positioned to take advantage of a private track leading down towards the beach below.

Offering excellent storage and ease of access, it is ideally suited to the housing of boats and water sports equipment, making the property particularly appealing to those with an active interest in sailing, water sports and fishing.

Such a facility is seldom found within private residential ownership along this stretch of coastline and significantly enhances the lifestyle appeal on offer.

The gardens have been carefully designed to complement the natural setting, combining generous terraces positioned to enjoy the elevated outlook with gently sloping lawned grass areas leading down towards the beach.

Beyond, the grounds blend seamlessly into the surrounding headland, where a private pathway leads directly down to the sheltered sandy beach below, offering immediate access for coastal walks, water sports and shoreline fishing.

Located within easy reach of the amenities, restaurants and renowned beaches of Trearddur Bay, while enjoying a wonderfully private and commanding position, Moryn represents a rare and distinguished opportunity to acquire a truly exceptional coastal home in one of Anglesey’s most prestigious seaside locations.
