Flat 162, Blake Tower, 2, Fann Street, London, EC2Y 8AF

A stunning duplex penthouse with panoramic London views. Description This exceptional duplex penthouse occupies the top two floors of Blake Tower, the newest addition to the Barbican Estate.

Designed in the late 1960s by Chamberlin, Powell and Bon, the Grade II listed tower was formerly the Barbican ymca and transformed by Conran and Partners for Redrow Homes.

The redevelopment retains its sculptural concrete form and contemporary aesthetic. The apartment has excellent volume and light. The lower floor provides open-plan living and entertaining.

Full-height glazing frames far-reaching London views, while the semi-open-plan kitchen features appliances and bespoke cabinetry.

This level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite, a shower room, utility space and storage. A sculptural staircase leads upstairs, where a double-height space creates scale.

The principal bedroom suite incorporates a generous sleeping area, walk-in dressing room, en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

A further versatile space offers excellent flexibility and could be used as an additional bedroom or reception room, with a wet bar, home cinema set up and access to a second private terrace.

Residents benefit from a day porter, while parking may be available in the Barbican Estate. The property has a valid EWS1 with a B1 rating, expiring November 2029.
