The location offers everything from the vibrant independent shops, bakeries, and cafes along North Street, to the green spaces of Ashton Court and Leigh Woods.

The sunny garden was a welcome escape during those summers. The house offers great views of the Avon Gorge and the Clifton Suspension Bridge from the new loft conversion and a generous, sunny garden.
