We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Sandfords are delighted to offer this generously proportioned three-bedroom duplex apartment, arranged over the ground and first floors of a well-maintained purpose-built development.
The property requires complete modernisation throughout, presenting an excellent opportunity for buyers to refurbish and create a home to their own taste.
The spacious reception room enjoys direct access to the well-kept communal gardens, while the separate kitchen offers excellent potential for redesign.
Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms, comprising two doubles and a good-sized single, together with a family bathroom.
Conveniently located, the property is within easy reach of local shops, well-regarded schools and regular bus routes, with the open green spaces and children's playground at East Wickham just a short distance away.
Further benefits include a garage, residents' parking and a long lease.
This is an excellent opportunity for first-time buyers, growing families or buy-to-let investors seeking a property with significant scope to add value. Early viewing is highly recommended.
