We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Plot 1 at Horeham Shaw offers two ways to create your home. Choose the Leaper Custom Home Package from £530,000, or purchase the serviced plot for self-build at £280,000.
The Custom Home Package is based on a home designed for Horeham Shaw by architect James Armitage.
The available design offers potential for three or four bedrooms, depending on the layout and options selected. You can personalise the package using the choices available for Plot 1.
Once your choices are agreed, Leaper coordinates the technical design and builds the home for you. Please contact the sales team to confirm the package specification and inclusions.
Alternatively, purchase the plot on its own and appoint your own architect or designer, consultants and builder.
This route gives you the opportunity to develop an individual home within the requirements of the Plot 1 Passport and the site Design Code.
Any alternative design will need to obtain the necessary planning approvals before construction begins. The plot extends to approximately 4,532 sq ft.
Access roads are in place, the ground is prepared to line and level, and utility connections are provided at the plot boundary.
Buyers should confirm the final service specification and connection arrangements for their chosen route. The developer is contributing towards SDLT and legal fees.
Please get in touch with us for further details. Images and plans illustrate the Custom Home Package; they do not mean a self-build buyer must construct the pictured design.
