Positioned on the edge of The Green in the heart of Long Itchington, Greenside is a beautifully presented detached bungalow offering an uncommon balance of openness, privacy and village-centre convenience.

Set behind a generous frontage with mature surroundings and open green space opposite, the house has been thoughtfully modernised to create light-filled, sociable interiors alongside landscaped gardens designed very much for family life and entertaining.

At the centre of the home is a substantial open-plan kitchen, dining and living space extending across the rear of the property.

Finished in a soft neutral palette with wide oak flooring running throughout, the space feels calm, bright and remarkably versatile.

The shaker-style kitchen is arranged around generous work surfaces and a breakfast peninsula, while large windows and glazed doors draw natural light through the room and connect seamlessly with the terrace and garden beyond.

The sitting and dining areas are arranged around an impressive bay window overlooking the greenery opposite, creating a relaxed day-to-day living space with a distinctly understated feel.

The proportions work particularly well for modern family living, with enough space to entertain while still feeling comfortable and connected.

Outside, the gardens have been carefully landscaped to create a series of usable spaces that feel both private and easy to maintain.

A broad stone terrace sits immediately to the rear of the house, complete with an oak-framed outdoor entertaining area, creating an excellent space for relaxed summer dining and evenings outdoors.

Beyond, the lawned garden extends with mature borders and established planting softening the setting.

A sauna has also been incorporated within the garden, adding a further lifestyle element to the outdoor space.

Beneath the mature trees, a thoughtfully designed children’s play area with bespoke timber structures adds character to the garden while making excellent use of the shaded setting.

The setting is one of the property’s defining qualities.

Positioned directly opposite The Green and within walking distance of the village pond, local pub and amenities, Greenside enjoys a strong sense of community while still offering easy access to Leamington Spa, Rugby and the surrounding Warwickshire countryside.
