Set on the edge of the picturesque village of Temple Grafton, the manor is surrounded by three acres of exquisite grounds and uninterrupted countryside views.

The setting is nothing short of magical—rolling hills, woodland, and borage fields that burst into a haze of purple each spring.

Framing this pastoral idyll is the gentle sight of the village cricket pitch nestled in the valley below.

The approach to the Manor is an experience in itself: a winding, tree-lined drive leads you through the landscape, and as you arrive, the red brick splendour of the house rises into view.

It’s a moment that truly takes your breath away.

Apartment Three is the largest apartment and spans an impressive 2,393 sq ft across the first and second floors, offering a truly remarkable blank canvas ready to be reimagined.

This apartment is rich in period detail—think original wooden sash windows, double-height skirting boards, intricate cornicing, and elegant architraves.

Light pours in through large windows, accentuating the soaring ceilings and creating a wonderful sense of space throughout.

And then there are the views—tranquil and far-reaching, stretching across the manicured communal lawn to the open fields beyond.

It’s a setting that brings peace and inspiration in equal measure, making this a rare opportunity to craft a one-of-a-kind home in a truly exceptional environment.

In brief – A striking central hallway runs the full width of the apartment, framed by elegant archways that lead your eye toward the show-stopping living room.

Here, full-width windows flood the space with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the grounds and beyond.

A graceful spiral staircase ascends from this room to two further spaces above—ideal for use as a bedroom with its own sitting area or home office retreat.

Flanking the living space are two versatile areas, one of which could serve beautifully as a formal dining room, or alternatively a bedroom with en-suite potential.

Both enjoy full-height windows, with one offering tantalising potential for a balcony addition.

To the rear, a modern kitchen, another spacious bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a separate WC complete the layout.

A steep staircase leads up to a generous loft room, perfect for a studio, workspace, or hobbies room—offering flexibility to adapt the home to your lifestyle.

Externally, the apartment benefits from a double garage en-bloc, allocated parking directly in front, and visitor spaces at the entrance to the estate.
