1, Crawford Cottages, Stratton, EX23 9DU

1 Crawford Cottages is an appealing character home that makes the most of its three floor layout, creating a distinctive sense of space and separation between the main living areas and bedroom accommodation.

Full of period feel, the property retains a warm cottage atmosphere, with most rooms featuring exposed floorboard flooring that adds texture and continuity throughout.

Its arrangement gives each level a clear purpose, which helps the home feel both practical and full of daily personality.

The living room offers a cosy and inviting setting, centred around a feature fireplace with a wood burning stove, making it a comfortable space to unwind.

To the rear, the kitchen has a country style feel, fitted with base units and wooden worksurfaces, together with integrated appliances including an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, and freezer.

Underfloor heating brings an added touch of comfort and practicality to this part of the home.

The bedroom accommodation is arranged over the upper floors, giving the cottage a flexible and characterful layout.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom alongside a shower room fitted with a shower cubicle, white ceramic wash basin, and wc.

On the second floor, a further double bedroom is served by a bathroom with feature bath, white ceramic wash basin, and wc.

Outside, a small area to the front provides space for a table and chairs, offering a pleasant spot to sit out.

There is also a pedestrian path to the side and rear, providing access for neighbouring properties along The Leat and for maintenance.

The cottage also benefits from gas fired central heating with recently fitted wall mounted radiators throughout.
