These lead out onto a sizable balcony, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor setting for both relaxing and entertaining, with far-reaching vistas across the water.

One of the home’s signature highlights is the showstopping glass entry to the wine cellar – a dramatic electronically operated feature that leads to a spiralling staircase and down into the custom-built , temperature-controlled wine room.

A WC with oceanic marble décor and a wet room complete this floor. The middle level is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

The principal suite offers sublime luxury with a private balcony, ambient fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, and spa-style bathroom with sea-facing freestanding bathtub and double vanity sink unit.

From here, an electronic blind rolls up at the touch of a button, unveiling the beautiful coastal scenery in style and adding a sense of theatre and privacy to your daily routine.

An adjoining steam room is another one of the home’s truly special experiences.

Three additional en-suite bedrooms make up this floor, all including bespoke wardrobe storage and high-end finishes while two of the rooms provide balcony access, overall offering elegant accommodation for family or guests.

This floor also provides an additional space suited to a home office or private gym. On the top floor, a fun, family entertainment haven unfolds - where versatility meets indulgence.
