A beautifully presented example of this three bedroom, semi-detached family home, completed just five years ago by Stongvox Homes.

The current vendors have created a contemporary and stylish property that is perfect for either first time buyers or those looking to move up the ladder into a 'turn key' ready residence, within easy reach of many local amenities.

In brief, the ground floor comprises spacious entrance hall, cloakroom and open plan kitchen/living/dining room.

The property has been finished with neautral tones of whites and greys throughout creating a light and bright living space, which is in turn enhanced by the upgraded glass pannelled doors situated on the ground floor.

Wood effect 'Karndean' flooring provides a contemporary athstetic as well as ease of maintainence.

The kitchen has been well stocked with a good array of solid wood wall, draw and base units with chrome handles, metro tiled splash backs and integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hobs.

Further space is available for a freestanding washin machine/tumble dryer.

The living area benefits from an integrated media unit, convenient understairs storage and patio doors opening out onto the rear garden.

Completing the ground floor and located within the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor are three bedroom, a family bathroom and en-suite.

Both bedroom one and two are double rooms in size, with the former enjoying an adjoining en-suite shower room with walk in double shower unit, WC and pedestal sink.

Bedroom three is a comfortable single room in size that has been used by our current owners as a dressing room, but could work equally well as a home office or nursery.

The family bathroom consists of a pannelled bath with shower over, WC and floating sink. Complimentary tiling has been applied throughout.

To the front, steps lead upto the home and is boardered on either side by a level lawned area and mature shrubbery.

A single garage is located in a block of two adjoining the neighbouring property with tandem parking available immediately in front.

To the rear the west facing garden has been landscaped and improved by the current owners to provide an extended patio seating area and raised deck with wooden pergola over, creating options for outside entertaining space throughout the day.

The remainder of the garden has been laid to a level lawn, enclosed by feather edge fencing and gated side access.

'What We Love' We have loved living in this property as our first home, particularly its location within the development as it is a lovely quiet spot, especially when in the garden.

Our fellow residents are lovely and there is a real community feel to the site which has always been very welcoming.

The open plan nature of downstairs we feel makes the house feel really spacious, and is fantastic for entertaining.

We have also really enjoyed the amenities the village has to offer with schools, shops, pubs and countryside walks including the Strawberry Line all within walking distance.
