7, Worthington Place, Carlisle, CA1 3TS

Are you looking to move to a premium post-code, in a prime location but think it’s over your budget?

We offer for sale a high-end residence that is up to 36% lower in price per square foot than the surrounding properties in Parkland Village, Carlisle and up to 64% lower than the average property in The Lake District National Park, which is less than 30 minutes away.

Enjoy living in a building of historical significance, designed by Thomas Worthington (one of England’s most prominent Victorian architects) and sympathetically converted by Story Homes, an award-winning firm with a decades-long reputation for building aspirational homes.

The chapel at Worthington Place sits on an elevated position within 1 acre of manicured communal gardens, with mature trees and private parking, overlooking the historic walled Roman city of Carlisle and Scotland in the distance on one side, with views of the Lake District National Park at the other.

With an abundance of original features, characterful number 7 is one of the largest units within the conversion.

At 1593 square feet, it is the same floor area as a large 4 bedroom detached house, but without the responsibility of building or garden maintenance.

This beautiful turnkey town house, spread over 4 floors, needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. Move in for stress-free living in one of Carlisle’s most sought after neighbourhoods.

Village location on the edge of town; 10 mins from the train station (London only 3hr20, Edinburgh or Glasgow 1hr20); local bus route and 10 mins to the M6. No chain. Sensible offers welcome.

Monthly service charge of 189.00 includes buildings insurance and maintenance.
