2 Torr Rise, Tarporley, CW6 0UD

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman This wonderful detached house has been in the same family ownership for 38 years.

In some ways, no need more be said, there is surely no greater tribute to what a fabulous home and location this is to enjoy and cherish.

The current owners have extended the house to the front in their time of ownership and as will be noted upon inspection, have maintained the house to an impeccable standard.

The house can be immediately moved into and enjoyed whilst also offering some scope to modernise and customise to suit individual requirements.

When Torr Rise was originally built, this was the showhouse for the development.

Located in a tranquil cul de sac, the house sits in a delightful plot of a quarter of an acre with wrap around gardens that comprise large expanses of lawn, terraces and a courtyard area.

The grounds are mature, private and superbly planned and established. The property has been extended and offers an excellent footprint of 2268 square feet, including the double garage.

Throughout the house there are excellent dimensions and rooms with large windows that enjoy good aspects.

This is a house that feels bright and appealing from the moment you walk through the door and has a lovely atmosphere.

The notable feature at the front is the dining hall or sun room (when the weather is favourable!) which is the extension that the present owners completed late in 1999.

This gets the house off to a spacious and impressive start.

This in turn leads to a large hall, three further reception rooms, very good quality kitchen, cloakroom, utility room and integral double garage.

At first floor, all four bedrooms are doubles whilst there is an en suite to the main bedroom and family bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes whilst there is also a small hobby room.

The gardens are a really delightful external environment and wrap around the house, allowing for maximum opportunity to enjoy the sun as it moves around through the day.

The standard of landscaping is impressive. Such a great opportunity within the village, this is a delightful home and worthy of immediate inspection.

There are three walking routes into Tarporley village centre, one across fields, the other on a designated footpath and the other along Eaton Road and across the park. All take around ten minutes.
