Cash buyers only Ready To Roll Up Your Sleeves And Get Stuck In?

This tired semi’s in the ideal spot to create your dream family home, flip it or refurb it then rent it out - on a quiet street that's close to the M6 and in the catchment for sought-after Balshaw’s school.

But requires full renovation.

Let’s be upfront about what this is - it’s a proper project - a traditional 3-bed suburban semi with a great layout, loads of potential and plenty of scope to add value, whether you're looking to put down roots or are buying it as an investment.

Downstairs, there’s a porch, hallway and a decent-sized lounge at the front. The separate kitchen, dining and family space spans the back of the house.

Having already had a rear extension added some time ago with no planning permission or building regs. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), plus the family bathroom.

It needs a full update throughout, but once you’ve done the work, it’ll feel like a completely different home.

There’s a lawn at the front and a block paved drive which runs down the side of the house.

The back garden has plenty of space for a patio and a lawn but just like the front, it needs a weekend or two spending on it to cut back, tidy up and get all the weeds out.

Thankfully the location doesn’t need any improvement.

You’re in a quiet, family-friendly part of town that’s just 5 minutes drive from Leyland town centre and within the catchment area for the popular Balshaw’s CofE High School.

Commuters have easy access to the M6 and M61 - so whether you're heading to Preston, Manchester or further afield, you're well connected.

If your an investor after your next project, or a family who doesn’t mind a bit of hard work - this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

I’m expecting plenty of interest from cash buyers buyers who can see the potential on offer and no chain - so call Gemma Bickerdike to arrange a viewing. Quote GB0615 Disclaimer.
