Families dreaming of space by the sea, investors seeking a strong holiday let, or buyers relocating for a slower coastal pace will feel at home here.

With period character, modern updates and flexible rooms across three floors, this freehold home is ready to enjoy from day one. Arrange your viewing today.

You step inside through a bright entrance hallway where the original mosaic tiled floor instantly shows the home’s Victorian character.

Crisp white walls and a wide staircase create a sense of light and space from the moment you enter. The proportions feel generous and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of the house.

The open plan living and dining room sits to the front and works well for both family life and entertaining. A large bay window draws in natural light, making the space feel airy throughout the day.

The white painted fireplace forms a simple focal point, while soft green tones keep the room calm and fresh.

Clever built in storage cupboards line one wall, helping keep everyday items neatly out of sight.

A former secondary entrance has been sealed and turned into a chalkboard wall, adding a practical and playful touch for notes, reminders, or children’s drawings.

To the rear, the kitchen has been fitted with white wall and base units finished with chrome handles and wood effect worktops.

There is good worktop space for preparing meals and plenty of room for appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

A built in oven and extractor are already in place, making the kitchen ready to use straight away.

The wooden sash window allows light to flood in, and tiled splashbacks make cleaning simple and practical.

A door from the kitchen leads to a ground floor WC, which adds convenience for busy households or visiting guests. From here you step out into the rear courtyard garden.

This outdoor space is low maintenance and private, offering room for a small table and chairs, potted plants, or a quiet morning coffee spot.

For families, it is a safe area for children to enjoy fresh air. For investors, it provides the kind of easy outside space holiday makers look for.

There is also clear potential to extend the kitchen or living space into the courtyard, subject to the usual planning permissions, giving future owners the chance to shape the home around their needs.

On the first floor, the landing continues the light and tidy feel, with new carpets underfoot and soft neutral colours on the walls.

Two bathrooms serve this level, which is a real advantage for larger families or guests staying over.

The main family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, a pedestal basin and a chrome heated towel rail.

The second bathroom has a walk in shower and matching white suite, finished in clean light grey tones.

Having two bathrooms on this floor helps busy mornings run smoothly and adds extra comfort for those using the property as a holiday let. Also on this level are two spacious king size bedrooms.

The front bedroom benefits from a large bay window that brings in plenty of natural light.

A white painted fireplace adds a touch of period charm and character, linking back to the home’s Victorian roots.

The second bedroom overlooks the rear and features a striking black fireplace, giving the room its own identity.

Both bedrooms feel calm and restful, with enough space for wardrobes and additional furniture.

The top floor offers three further bedrooms, each decorated in soft green shades and finished with brand new carpets. These rooms provide flexibility to suit many lifestyles.

Families may use them as children’s bedrooms, while remote workers might turn one into a home office. For investors, multiple bedrooms increase potential rental appeal.

The fifth bedroom, slightly smaller than the others, neatly houses the boiler along the window wall while still allowing room for a single bed or desk.

Across all floors, the layout makes the most of the space available and offers options for growing families or changing needs over time.

Throughout the house, the balance between modern updates and period detail stands out.

Original fireplaces, sash windows and high ceilings keep the sense of history alive, while fresh décor and new carpets mean there is little for the next owner to do.

Being offered as a freehold property also provides long term peace of mind. On street parking is available nearby, adding practicality for everyday living.

The overall feel is one of flexibility and opportunity.

It suits families wanting room to grow, buyers seeking a coastal base with character, or investors looking for a ready to go rental close to the sea.

With no onward chain and negotiable furniture, the move here can be smooth and straightforward. The surrounding area adds even more appeal, especially for those drawn to coastal living.
