Bringing a family friendly community to Bathgate We are delighted to announce that our brand new Chalmers & Hume show homes are now open!

Pop along to our new Sales Centre this weekend and take a look around. Located at Sibbalds Brae, Sibbalds Wynd is a development with 189 high-quality homes, 29 of which will be affordable homes.

Here, you will find a stylish range of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes with flexible living space that’s perfect for modern lifestyles.

We have worked closely with West Lothian Council and other key stakeholders to develop our plans for this exciting new community in Bathgate.

Our plans include new pedestrian and cycle links to the existing Bathgate network, 10 acres of green open space, new play areas for children to meet up and play, as well as new bus stops on Sibbalds Brae for added convenience and to encourage sustainable living.

Our design for the development also builds on an outline design framework that will integrate Sibbalds Wynd with the existing housing near our boundary.

Sibbalds Wynd benefits from its convenient location, with easy access to a range of local amenities.

Residents will find a nearby retail park offering a variety of shopping options, including popular stores such as Lidl, Aldi, Home Bargains, B&M, and Argos.

For larger grocery shops, both a Morrisons and a Tesco superstore are also readily accessible.
